Activities for large groups follow a different logic than formats for 20 people. Well-planned group activities Mallorca are designed around flow, orientation and shared energy from the very beginning.

Large group activities need clear timing, scalable logistics and formats that keep every participant involved without losing atmosphere.

The split into teams has to work. The schedule has to avoid waiting times. And the activity itself has to be designed so even participants at the edge of the group feel: this is mine.

We know how to make that happen and have been designing events for groups of up to 500 people since 2015.

Together on the water

100 people. 250 people. 500 people. The larger the group, the more important the question becomes: what keeps everyone together without anyone feeling lost?

Catamaran trip: Our large event catamarans, each with capacity for up to 250 guests, create a relaxed day at sea. After cruising to the most beautiful bays in the south, we anchor in crystal-clear water and prepare a fresh BBQ while guests swim, snorkel or simply enjoy the deck. For groups that want more movement, stand-up paddle boards, kayaks, Awake jetboards, eFoils and Seabob underwater scooters can be added. For exclusive formats, several floating platforms can be connected into one larger event setting.

Sailing regatta: Up to twelve sailing yachts head out at the same time. Every boat is a team, everyone is part of the competition. The sailing regatta scales beautifully for large groups because roles are clear, competition runs in parallel and the shared finish brings everyone back together.

Water Olympics: The summer version of the Beach Olympics: several water-based stations, small rotating teams and enough energy for 50 or 500 people.

Shared beach feeling

Alongside our Beach Day with branded towels, sunglasses and other requested items, and classic beach games such as beach volleyball and beach soccer, there are several beach formats that work especially well as activities for large groups.

Beach Olympics: Six to twelve stations set up between palms and the Mediterranean. Teams rotate, score points and cheer each other on. Sometimes it takes strength, sometimes skill, sometimes tactics. The format is one of the most booked large-group activities in Mallorca.

Beach cleanup as a CSR large-group format: Cleaning a beach section together, guided as teambuilding and combined with learning and analysis. The beach is cleaner afterwards, and the team feels more connected.

GPS treasure hunt: A little adventure, a hint of island rally and places that are not in any guidebook. The treasure has to be found before the other teams get there, with lovingly designed riddles and authentic island moments.

iPad rally: Large group, small teams. Even 200 people can move through Palma in teams of five or six, solve riddles, discover the city and experience intercultural moments. Company-specific challenges can also be integrated.

Paella workshop at scale: Even with 500 people, real Valencian paella can be cooked together in the open air on a beautiful bodega. Clear roles, small cooking teams and a festive outdoor table make the format scalable and unmistakably Spanish.

Many hands, real impact

As a thought leader and the world's first Social DMC, CSR activities are not a nice add-on at X-centives. They are an inseparable part of every event with us.

We research, initiate, evaluate and accompany social projects in children and education and make our clients part of the solution by letting them choose which project they want to support actively or passively during their stay.

These projects are tangible, direct and without friction. The smallest project starts at 150 euros. For a group of 200 people, that is less than one euro per person, but for the destination it proves that tourism can be a driver of positive change.
