The federal initiative
The Erfolgsfaktor Familie initiative stands for the idea that economic success and a family-conscious corporate culture belong together. Companies that reconcile work and family benefit from motivated, loyal employees and a stronger competitive position.
The nationwide initiative is supported by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth together with leading business associations. Its aim is to establish family friendliness as a fixed part of modern corporate strategies.
We are a member of the Erfolgsfaktor Familie network and use the opportunities to exchange ideas with other family-conscious companies, learn from best-practice examples and further develop our own measures. Membership is part of our effort to implement family friendliness continuously in our corporate culture.
