A schoolyard in a small village. The shade sail is torn. For months. Even at 36 degrees, the children have no shade. Then a corporate group comes to the island - and three days later the sail has been replaced.
This is not a subtle donation project. This is what CSR activities mean to us: tangible, direct and without friction. At the same time, it gives the group more than any marble-run construction in a classic teambuilding format.

That is why we initiate our own projects with a focus on children and education: it is the only way we can make sure every invested euro reaches implementation and every event produces a concrete, documented result. The best part: our social projects work independently of the planned programme. Participants can be involved hands-on, but they do not have to be.
This allows the programme to be designed exactly around your wishes while still becoming a driver of positive change at the destination. We document the implementation accordingly, so the success of the project can be communicated internally and externally.
For many participants, the CSR element is ultimately what stays with them longest.

Possible CSR activities
Alongside individual support projects, there are CSR activities in Mallorca that are available throughout the year. These include:
Beach cleanup: A stretch of beach near Palma, professionally guided and, if desired, staged as a teambuilding challenge. The group collects, analyses and leaves behind a visible result.
Planting trees: Mediterranean trees are planted together with a professional gardener and, on request, marked with weatherproof signs. A format that remains visible years later.
Lived integration: A visit to an inclusive restaurant in Inca supports people with disabilities who have found permanent employment there.
Our social projects: If the group cannot actively take part, we support a local project in children and education: learning materials, play equipment, repairs or specific help where it is needed.
We document the process transparently. For you, there is no administrative workload.
