X-centives Social DMC

X-centives is the first Social DMC for the destinations Mallorca, Ibiza, Valencia, Portugal, Croatia, Montenegro and Iceland.

Since 2015, we have been creating premium business events - from incentives and team buildings to offsites - for groups of 20 to 500 participants.

Social sustainability is not an additional service for us, but part of our DNA. Every event creates unforgettable experiences and, at the same time, enables local aid projects in the areas of children, education and social welfare.

We plan high-end B2B events. Whether it is an incentive trip, team building, offsite, kick-off or annual meeting, our team combines precise planning with personal on-site support.

As locals, we act as advisors, sparring partners and enablers for clients who may not speak the language or know the local conditions. With our expertise, even unusual requests become possible.

With more than 250 activities on land, on water and in the air, we create unforgettable programmes for your event together with our excellent partner network.

You receive every service from one source: flights, hotels, activities, transfers and individual services such as artist booking or branded material production.

And to turn planning into reality, we personally accompany your event on site.
