The most popular travel periods are March to June and September to November, with average daytime temperatures of 18-28 °C. Between October and January, temperatures still reach 14-16 °C with an average of 7-8 rainy days per month.

- Signature - Sustainable strengthening of company culture and employer brand Finely tuned experience architecture full of highlights: fully curated program, premium activities, premium venues, gala dinner, VIP transfers, corporate branding, continuous support and 24-hour standby. From approx. EUR 2,000 per person.
All packages include hotel, activities, transfers and catering, scale up to 500 people and leave a positive social footprint. Flights are not included, but can be booked by us after consultation.

The careful planning and tireless dedication of the entire team contributed to an unforgettable experience. From the very beginning, the organization was flawless. Communication worked very well, and even though we had many special requests and repeatedly wanted to change parts of the program at short notice, the X-Centives team showed outstanding commitment. An absolute highlight was the trip on the Oasis catamaran. It offered a touch of luxury and freedom, and the crew on board was very attentive. The BBQ was also excellent. We received nothing but positive feedback from our employees as well. In summary, the team event in Mallorca was a complete success. Every part of each day was a highlight. The scooter tour through Palma, the paella cooking class at a beautiful location, the helicopter flight, and the catamaran tour all absolutely thrilled us. There was always someone available to assist and accompany us, taking care of us professionally and in an extremely friendly way.
