Sun and turquoise water
Water changes the dynamics of a group - noticeably and fast. When 55 people relax together in the nets of a catamaran and fall silent because the view needs no conversation, something happens that no seminar room can deliver.
Water activities suit almost every group: the active summer team looking for holiday feeling, as well as an executive group that needs distance from the conference room after long meetings. This category includes jet ski rental, electric water sports equipment, boat trips on large catamarans, sailing boats, event boats, historic two-masters and exclusive motor yachts. They can be booked at our Mediterranean destinations from April to October, and in Iceland even year-round.
A sailing regatta where five crews compete with experienced skippers, real tactics and a shared cliffside dinner chosen by the winning team. A catamaran charter along Mallorca's north-west coast with an anchor stop in a crystal-clear bay. Or an eFoilboard session in Croatia's deep-blue Adriatic water.

Real teambuilding does not work with flipcharts or marble runs. It needs a complex situation that demands collaboration - and an environment that does not smell like a meeting room.
Teambuilding is especially important for new or newly assembled teams that need to build trust and communicate well quickly. Good team building activities overcome grown silos and create moments where hierarchy takes a pause. They are available year-round at all seven destinations.
An iPad Rally through Palma's old town: teams solve tasks, interview locals and make decisions under time pressure. A Haka teambuilding sounds like everything people expect not to want, and leaves groups understanding how shared energy feels physically. A GPS treasure hunt through Montenegro's coastal landscape makes orientation and clear communication decide the outcome, not job title or seniority.

Action and sport activities are the right choice for active teams that want to celebrate a strong quarter with something beyond everyday life. Spring and autumn are ideal, when temperatures allow physical activity without too much exhaustion.
Options range from bubble soccer team games and paintball challenges to canyoning in the mountains. In warmer months, coasteering becomes the perfect choice on the cliffs of Mallorca, Ibiza, Croatia and Portugal: swimming, climbing and jumping, guided by people who know these rocks from childhood.
Motorised formats such as speedboat tours, a sports car rally or an off-road buggy adventure leave little room for unmet adrenaline wishes.

Culinary activities are ideal for mixed groups, international teams and evenings that should offer more than a standard seated dinner. They work beautifully on arrival days and as the closing moment after an intense working day, year-round and at every destination.
A Paella Workshop on a family estate, with ingredients from the morning market visit, open fire and a chef explaining why the socarrat crust is no accident. A VIP wine tour through a historic winery. A KM0 dinner among vines and almond trees, where every ingredient comes from a radius of zero kilometres.
