2. Hosting

Our website is hosted by Webgo GmbH in Germany. The server locations are within the European Union and a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

3. General Data Processing

We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services.

4. Website Visits, Forms and Newsletter

When the website is accessed, the browser may transmit technical information such as IP address, date and time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system. This data is used for connection setup, usability, system security and stability.

If you contact us via a form, the information submitted is processed to handle your enquiry and possible follow-up questions.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms against automated submissions. Cloudflare processes the technical signals required to distinguish human input from automated access and does not receive the contents entered into the form. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in secure and functional forms. Further information is available in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Newsletter subscriptions use a double opt-in process. Data is stored until consent is withdrawn.

5. Cookies and External Content

The website itself does not use tracking cookies. Certain external content, such as YouTube or Vimeo videos, is loaded only after explicit consent.

6. Rights and Storage

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a supervisory authority. Contact form data, newsletter data and server logs are stored only as long as necessary or required by law.

7. Security and Supervisory Authority

We use SSL/TLS and technical and organisational measures to protect your data. The competent supervisory authority is Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid, Spain.
