Very professional organization of the trip, very friendly staff, and there was always someone available to assist us or accompany us during all activities. 100% recommended. We had a truly wonderful time in Mallorca. Thank you so much for the great organization.
Our Destinations
Mallorca. Ibiza. Valencia. Portugal. Croatia. Montenegro. Iceland.
We know each of them personally - since 2015. Not from catalogues, not from trade fairs. On site. With locals who know what no travel guide describes.
Seven destinations. Seven different effects on groups. And therefore seven reasons why the programme has to come from the destination - not the other way round.
Our Destinations: Introduction
Seven destinations - and no modular template
We operate in seven destinations: Mallorca, Ibiza, Valencia, Portugal, Croatia, Montenegro and Iceland. The Mediterranean south and the North Atlantic. Vineyards and volcanoes. Crystal-clear water and northern lights. What connects them is this: they are not interchangeable backdrops.
An incentive that works in Montenegro - raw, physical, with the feeling of real discovery - would not have the same effect on Mallorca or Ibiza. Because every destination has its own colour.
That is why we do not plan incentives and then place them somewhere. We let the destination help write the content. And that is exactly the difference between an event everyone found nice - and one people still talk about long afterwards.

Our Destinations: Overview
Our most beautiful travel destinations for business events
Our Destinations: Mallorca
The favourite island
Mallorca is our home. Since 2015, we have organised business events, incentives and corporate trips here - and we know the island in a depth no catalogue can show.
550 kilometres of coastline. Medieval mountain villages in the Tramuntana mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Wineries that do not export and whose wines you only drink when you are sitting there. Olive groves older than most dynasties.
Mallorca is the destination for groups looking for substance. Regattas on the Mediterranean, gala dinners by the water, wine tastings in family cellars, hikes on paths tour buses never reach.
Summer and winter. Usable all year round, different all year round.
Anyone who describes Mallorca as a party island has not really been here.
Our Destinations: Ibiza
The island of contrasts
Ibiza is an island with two completely different sides, peacefully coexisting. It is home to overflowing luxury and hippie culture. This variety also shapes what a day programme can become.
By day: whitewashed villages inland, fig plantations, markets with hippie roots dating back to the sixties. A Citroen 2CV rally across the island - 30 cars, no air conditioning, no GPS, lots of laughter.
In the afternoon, a yacht trip to Formentera: the small sister island 30 minutes off the coast has dreamlike coves in a blue you normally only know from filters.
Then sunset at Ses Salines. No event. No presenter. Just 200 people silently understanding why this island has a pull that is hard to resist.
For night owls, the best DJs in the world then play in clubs known as far away as Costa Rica.
Ibiza lives from contrasts and opposites, and has far more depth than its reputation suggests.
Our Destinations: Valencia
Urban flair meets the Mediterranean coast
Valencia is underestimated. For now.
European Green Capital 2024. Nine kilometres of city park in the former Turia riverbed - right through the city, for runners, cyclists, yoga in the park and groups that want to step outside before the official programme begins. Plus a culture of social integration that is hard to find elsewhere.
The old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is full of beautiful historic buildings, lively market halls, stylish tapas bars and is considered the birthplace of Spain's national dish: paella.
Valencia means a city full of energy and innovation that never becomes intrusive. As much culture as you want. Architecture that impresses. Home to globally known start-ups in incubation hubs at the harbour. And a coast only 20 minutes from the city centre.
Valencia is excellent for combining urban culture with beach and water sports activities - without the stress of a tourist metropolis.
The climate does the rest: 300 days of sunshine, mild winters and summers softened by a sea breeze.
Our Destinations: Portugal
Algarve, Lisbon and Porto
In Portugal, time moves more slowly. And that is a good thing.
This tangible deceleration is the unmistakable offer Portugal makes to its visitors. And this calm also transfers to the groups that choose this destination - slowly, quietly, without anyone being able to say exactly when it began.
Lisbon: the city on seven hills, artfully tiled facades - the azulejos - and melancholic fado drifting out of open windows. Pastelarias with puff pastry and vanilla cream.
Porto: wine cellars on the Douro and bridges so impressive that you almost feel you are in San Francisco.
Algarve: the dreamlike south with wide beaches, high cliffs and colours that look better in real life than on any Instagram account. Live jazz concerts in small clubs.
An incentive in Portugal is the right choice for groups seeking calm, enjoyment and depth. There is no 'all highlights in one afternoon' tour here, only slow arrival and nature that keeps changing and setting the tone.
It is also a strong setting for a workation format, because the surroundings constantly support the work.
Portugal is for groups that want to come back to themselves and find calm.
Our Destinations: Croatia
Where past and present merge
In Croatia, water is the connecting element. Quite literally.
Here you find national parks with cascades of turquoise water, a coastline with 1,200 islands, some of which can be fully privatised for events, and places that can only be reached by boat. Dubrovnik does not only look like a film set - it was one for Game of Thrones. In Split, people still live among medieval city walls, Diocletian's Palace and Egyptian sphinxes.
Croatia is for groups interested in history and culture who want to be active without giving up comfort: island hopping, winery visits, boat trips, white-water rafting, ziplining, natural spas - and in the evening fresh fish, Dalmatian wine and endless terraces above the sea.
What makes Croatia special is how hospitality, variety of activities and historic heritage merge into a setting that creates strong human connection.
When a group sails together, chooses the quickest route through the old town during an iPad rally and looks over the vineyards at sunset in the evening, that is more team building than any facilitation tool could ever deliver.
Our Destinations: Montenegro
Hospitality & untouched nature
Montenegro is still an insider tip among travel destinations. That is not a problem. That is the point.
In a very small area, you find Europe's deepest canyon, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic - Jaz Beach - and the Bay of Kotor opening between the mountains like a Norwegian fjord. Only in Montenegro do you still find nature that hardly exists elsewhere and needs no further staging.
Montenegro suits groups looking for untouched nature and an experience that is hardly possible anymore. Not the fifth incentive on a Mediterranean island, but experiences that travel home with people and are told for a long time. Short distances make the country ideal for varied events in little time: rafting on the Tara River, hikes in Durmitor National Park, wine tastings in cellars without a website.
Montenegro is the destination for groups ready for real encounters.
Our Destinations: Iceland
Fire & ice
When people stand beneath the northern lights, no presenter is needed. Connection happens without a planned agenda.
Iceland is not for every group. A stay here should include more days than in other destinations and come with a higher budget. Iceland is for groups willing to be overwhelmed by a landscape that makes no concessions to comfort zones. Volcanoes, geysers, glacier tongues, black sand beaches - Iceland is the only place where all these things exist at once and side by side.
What this means for an Iceland incentive: shared experiences so extraordinary they cannot be forgotten. Snorkelling between tectonic plates. Jeep tours through deep snow and over highland tracks. Northern lights expeditions where no photograph can capture what your own eyes have seen.
In Iceland, your group does not leave traces. The destination leaves its traces in your participants.
