Creative Company Mosaic: Paint a Corporate Artwork Together

We create small to huge image walls from any graphic, from 1 x 1 metres to 10 x 10 metres, with numbered colouring fields. By painting the areas with the provided and likewise numbered colours, an impressive overall artwork is created: logo, company graphic, new claim or an image collage of all employees. After your event, we send the result safely protected to your home or office.

In a business context, painting by numbers is something new. Whether during incentive arrival, as a lightening element in a seminar or as an interactive activity during a closing event, it feels good to do something simple, sink into a clear task and become calm almost incidentally.

In this creative team-building module, participants jointly design a large motif in the form of a company mosaic, for example the company logo, a new claim, a symbol or even an abstract design. Everyone works on a small field that later becomes part of the complete artwork. The scale is flexible and can be fully adapted to your group and available time. On request, parts of the graphic can already be pre-painted so the picture only needs to be completed. If it should be even more special, blacklight colours can be used for a glowing result.

Everyone paints individually and yet something shared emerges, where every single contribution counts. People talk, laugh and sometimes simply work in silence. The mood is calm, with no pressure to perform and no talent required, only a brush, the right colour and a shared goal.

The company mosaic is ideal as an indoor activity in the off-season or as a conscious creative counterpoint to a full day programme. At the end, there is a result that makes visible that every member of your team is part of the whole: quietly, creatively and to the point.
