In this inspiring activity, your team creates a tailor-made corporate song under the guidance and support of an experienced producer and, if desired, with excellent live musicians. Concert atmosphere included. At the end, you receive your masterpiece either as a live recording or professionally recorded and post-produced at the highest level. For larger events, we can also create a tailor-made concept for musical accompaniment by our live musicians, including sound cues and transitional music, creating an atmosphere at conventions that feels as engaging as a festival.

The creative journey is divided into four exciting stages.

The first part is about relaxed and enjoyable introduction to breathing techniques, relaxation and singing, regardless of ability. The second part focuses on professional voice training, including powerful and clear speaking as well as effective warm-ups for voice and body that can be used both for our activity and for preparing presentations in the company. In the third part, your corporate song is composed together or in smaller groups, depending on group size, with both lyrics and music created as a team. Support is of course included. The fourth part is the thrilling recording of the masterpiece with the participation and guidance of professional live musicians and producers.

The result is your unique corporate song, aligning your team's commitment with the philosophy and vision of the company in a very special way. On request, it can be fully mixed and produced or presented live during an evening closing event. Along the way, participants benefit from creative and performance techniques for optimal stage presence and exercises that can generally improve work-life balance. Through this rich experience, collaboration and communication in your team are lifted to a completely new level through creative expression.

This highly creative team building activity can be carried out as a half-day, full-day or multi-day format, is suitable for 5 to 500 participants and is available in German and English. On request, a band of professional musicians can accompany rehearsals, recordings and a possible performance, giving the experience an additional, very high-quality dimension. Especially in the off-season, this is also an excellent rain-safe alternative.
