The first day began with a paella workshop. Three different versions - seafood, meat and vegan - were prepared together by the participants and with plenty of good humour. This was followed by an exclusive flamenco show that brought the atmosphere to boiling point until the guests finally danced through the room in a conga line, led by the flamenco dancer. A moment no one will forget quickly.
The second day took the group out onto the Mediterranean. The deluxe catamaran excursion was enhanced with rented stand-up paddle boards and a Seabob underwater scooter, creating fun and action under a blue sky, combined with great sounds, a relaxed atmosphere and a dreamlike view. The evening ended in a beach restaurant on a cliff directly above the sea. With an open kitchen, harbour views, fantastic food, excellent service and a beautiful setting, it was the perfect place for a shared farewell dinner by the water.
On the final evening, the impressions of the past days were revisited once more. In the Mediterranean setting, it was clear how much the trip had strengthened the team's sense of togetherness.
The final feedback was just as clear: the incentive was more than an event. It lifted spirits, strengthened community and created memories that will continue to resonate for a long time.
