In the charming Gin Eva distillery, a guided tasting of five selected gins awaits you while the founders personally share their story, philosophy and vision for the future of gin. Water, crisps and olives are available throughout the stay.

The journey of taste ends with a surprise cocktail created from the house distillates, on request also alcohol-free. Along the way, you receive inspiring tips on how to prepare and serve stylish cocktails easily with utensils from your own kitchen. Yet this is not a classic course. It is an invitation to ask questions, laugh and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Those who wish can end the afternoon with a gin tonic on the sunny terrace of the tasting room.

Also included is a tasting of the king of gins: a combination of fresh juniper berries, eleven botanicals, a hint of orange peel and water from the springs of the Serra de Tramuntana. According to specialist magazines, it is an incomparable sensory experience and an absolute must.
