47 people, three days, one goal: excellence. Not as an abstract concept, but as a lived experience. At the end of June 2025, we brought the COEO Inkasso team to Mallorca - and the result was more than an event. It was a compass being realigned.

When 47 participants from seven different flights arrive at Palma Airport within just a few hours, timing is everything. Dusseldorf, Cologne, Berlin, Vienna, Zurich, Karlsruhe - every arrival was greeted personally, every transfer coordinated like clockwork. No waiting, no confusion. Just the feeling: someone has thought of us.

The Melia Palma Marina became the home base. Modern, central, professional - exactly right for a group that would not only relax here, but also work.

The first evening took the group to Assaona, a beach restaurant directly on the Bay of Palma. Feet in the sand, views of the sea, Mediterranean cuisine - and the unspoken signal: this is going to be different. Welcome drinks, good conversations, first encounters outside everyday office life. The start of three days that were meant to be remembered.

The second day began with substance. A meeting room in the hotel, LEGO Serious Play on the tables, colourful post-its on the walls - and at the centre of it all: a former Olympic sailing champion. Not a polished talk about success, but real stories about team dynamics, pressure, failure and what it takes to perform under extreme conditions.

The workshop atmosphere was focused, but not tense. People discussed, built, reflected - and along the way something emerged that cannot be planned: genuine understanding for one another. Participants did not leave the room with PowerPoint slides in their heads, but with insights they had developed themselves.

Then came the moment many had been looking forward to for weeks: the catamaran. Five hours on the Mediterranean aboard the Supreme Catamaran Oasis II. No rigid agenda, no pressure - only sun, water, music and a BBQ prepared directly on board.

Those who wanted jumped into the turquoise water. Those who preferred to relax leaned back and enjoyed the scenery with Palma's cathedral in the background. And anyone who simply wanted to laugh found plenty of opportunity. It was one of those moments when you feel: everything fits right now.

In the evening the group moved to the rooftop terrace of the Nivia Born. Booked exclusively for them, open bar including cocktails, views over the rooftops of Palma. The mood? Relaxed, lively, cheerful. And those who still had energy afterwards continued to Bar Cuba - independently, spontaneously, exactly as it felt right.

The third day was deliberately left free. No programme points, no obligations. Time for Palma, for the beach, for themselves. Some wandered through the old town, others relaxed by the pool. Exactly what was needed after two intense days.

**What remains** "Perfect organisation, great locations, excellent service." "Unforgettable stay." "Absolutely recommended." These were the words that reached us after the event. And yes, they make us happy. But what makes us even happier is what lies between the lines: a team that grew closer together. Colleagues who understand one another better. And a group that experienced for three days what excellence can mean - not as theory, but as shared experience.

At X-centives, it is not about running through a programme. It is about creating moments that have an effect. Whether in a workshop with an Olympic champion, on a catamaran overlooking the cathedral or at sunset on the beach - when 47 people feel comfortable, transfers run smoothly and spontaneous changes are no problem, then we have done our job.
