## Sun, Tapas & Team Spirit in Mallorca

While autumn had already arrived in Germany and temperatures were falling, Mallorca still offered sun, warmth and Mediterranean ease. Perfect conditions for celebrating a very special occasion: Buchstelle Oberrhein's 75th company anniversary - three days, 31 participants and a programme that perfectly combined enjoyment, adventure and community.

We organised a carefree full-service programme with hotel, transfers and a varied combination of relaxation, experiences and cuisine - naturally accompanied and supported throughout by our team.

The group stayed in a modern 4-star hotel in Playa de Palma - just a few steps from the well-known Megapark, yet quiet enough to enjoy comfort and sunshine by the pool. Thanks to its spa area and indoor pool, this hotel is also perfectly suited to travel periods outside high summer.

The first day was all about arriving calmly. After a personal welcome at the airport and check-in at the hotel, guests were free to shape the evening themselves - ideal for a walk along the beach promenade, a trip into Palma or a relaxed end to the day.

The second day began with one of our highlights: a private catamaran excursion along Mallorca's coast. A short rain shower added a little variety but did nothing to dampen the mood, because when the group reached the chosen bay, the sun came out and invited everyone to relax on deck. With freshly prepared barbecue on board, the group ate, laughed and experienced the island from this Mediterranean perspective.

At the same time, participants who were not quite as seaworthy explored Palma on a guided e-scooter tour through the old town or by horse-drawn carriage through historic alleys and along the cathedral La Seu.

In the evening, the whole group came back together for a guided tapas tour through Palma's culinary hotspots, ending at a rooftop location with views over the city. Three restaurants, more than 12 different tapas, Spanish red wine and countless good conversations - an evening that showed how enjoyment and community should always go hand in hand.

The third day focused on cooking together. At the beautiful Bodegas Angel in the wine-growing area, we organised a paella workshop where the participants cooked two different types of paella together, laughed and, after a short thunderstorm, continued celebrating under the Mallorcan sun - the perfect finale to an incentive full of emotion, energy and togetherness.

From beginning to end, X-centives took care of the entire organisation - hotel, transfers, programme and support. This allowed all participants to simply lean back, enjoy themselves and focus fully on what mattered: celebrating 75 years of shared success.
