The 45-person travel group from a Cologne IT company had an unforgettable time in Mallorca. No wonder: the programme, with its perfect combination of action, fun, relaxation and team-building activities, included everything one could have wished for.

The gin workshop was an absolute highlight and allowed the employees to deepen their gin knowledge both sensorially and practically, discover new flavour directions and distil their very own gin in teams.

In spring-like temperatures and bright sunshine, the next day took the group on a private catamaran trip to the most beautiful coastlines in the south, where the first brave participants already ventured into the water during the swimming stop in dreamlike coves. With the best views of the island, crystal-clear water and a fresh barbecue on board, the experience was something very special for the whole group.

The paella workshop team building among olive trees was a wonderful way to encourage communication and collaboration within the group while enjoying authentic Spanish paella.

With the beach clean-up, the group had a great opportunity to make a positive contribution to the environment and get to know the fragile beauty of the Mediterranean.

Overall, the incentive trip was a complete success and the employees returned refreshed, motivated and full of positive energy. Everyone was enthusiastic about the activities, the excellent organisation by the X-centives team and is already looking forward to the next trip in the coming year.
