**We are looking for...**

We are offering one paid compulsory internship starting on 1 February 2027 and lasting six months. The role covers social media, project management, marketing communications and on-site [event](https://x-centives.com/en/event/) delivery.

**Key conditions**

- Start date: 1 February 2027
- Application deadline: 2 January 2027
- Duration: 6 months
- Compensation: €350 per month
- Working model: hybrid, with 2 on-site days per week in Manacor and 3 remote days
- Working-time model: up to 40 hours per week in total. 30 hours are regular work from Monday to Friday. In weeks with events, up to 10 hours of event support are added; when there are no events, these additional hours do not apply.

**Your tasks would include...**

- Answering client enquiries
- Creating new projects
- Supporting events on site
- Content creation and management of our social media accounts (Instagram and LinkedIn)
- Newsletter introduction, copywriting and management
- Screening and adding new products
- Creating and updating databases

**You are...**

- you are completing the internship as a compulsory part of your degree or vocational training
- warm, friendly, helpful and know what makes a good host
- confident with language and able to express yourself perfectly in German and at least well in Spanish, both spoken and written
- experienced in social media and able to create and publish engaging content
- digitally confident and quick to learn new software and tools
- organised, structured and able to work independently as well as in a team
- mobile with a car or scooter
